Sign-up sheets for the following Tuesday will be available on Tuesdays, with a deadline of close of pro shop on Sunday. The sheet will be kept in the pro shop and not on the bulletin board. Late sign-ups will automatically be space available only.

Tee Times:

Michael Wynne will schedule EBLGA tee times from May through September. Formal games will begin in May and run through September (during weeks where enough players have signed up to have a game). Tee times will, for the most part, remain the same as past years. See the EBLGA calendar on the Home Page for exact tee times.

Most Improved Awards:

The EBLGA recognizes a most improved player for each month from June-August, and an overall most improved player for the season (April-August).

Handicap Maximum:

All players on Tuesday game day with handicaps higher than 36 will be required to play with a 36 handicap.Equitable stroke control (ESC) should be administed when entering scores into the handicap system. For more information on ESC, see the link on the Weekly Results Page.

Ringer Cards:

Ringer cards will be for sale ($5) starting in May. Ringer scores may assist you in tracking your own best scores on holes over the course of the season. You may purchase your ringer cards from Burt Herndon on Tuesdays before league play.

Posting of Scores:

The Pro Shop does not post scores for any EBLGA member. Instead, each EBLGA member is responsible for posting her own score at the end of each round, both during and outside of league play. If a player finishes at least 13 holes, but less than 18 holes is responsible for posting an 18-hole round score using their handicap to record their most likely score for the incomplete holes. If the player plays only 9 holes, she is responsibile for posting a 9 hole score.

Social Events:

Sign-up sheets for all social events and general meetings will be posted on the EBLGA bulletin board. You will need to sign up for golf day and social events/meetings separately. Your name will not be transferred from one list to the other.
